2. Review Product Information
Before creating an order, review the product you want to fulfill.

- Choose the product you want to sell.
- Confirm the product SKU.
- Check the available size or variant options.
- Check the product price.
- Make sure the product matches your store listing or customer order.
3. Prepare Design Files
Make sure your design files are ready before creating or importing orders.

- Prepare the correct design file.
- Prepare mockups if required.
- Make sure your design links are accessible if you use links.
- Check that artwork quality is suitable for production.
4. Prepare Order Information
Before placing an order, make sure all required order details are available.
- Customer name
- Address line
- City
- State or province
- Postcode
- Country
- Phone number if required
- Product SKU
- Size or variant
- Quantity
- Design file or design link
- Shipping method if required

5. Check Wallet Balance
Your account needs enough credit before orders can be submitted to production.

- Add credit if your balance is not enough.
