Each product in the catalog has important details that should be reviewed before placing an order. The most important fields are product SKU, price, size, variant, and production requirements.
Product SKU
A SKU is the unique product code used by the system to identify the exact product. SKU is especially important when you create orders manually, import orders by CSV, or connect orders through API.
Why SKU Is Important
Use the correct SKU to avoid:
- Wrong product selection.
- Incorrect product variant.
- Import order errors.
- API order errors.

Product Price
Product price is shown in the catalog or product detail page. Depending on product setup, the final order cost may also depend on:
- Product type
- Size or variant
- Quantity
- Print position
- Design option
- Packaging option
- Shipping method
- Import tax if applicable
- Surcharge if applicable
Product Variants
A product may have multiple variants, such as:
- Size
- Color
- Style
- Material
- Print position
- Embroidery position
- Packaging option
- Custom option
Before submitting an order, make sure the variant matches the customer order from your store.
Steps to Check Product Information
- Open the product catalog: https://seller.legitfulfill.com/en/products/all
- Search for the product by name or SKU.
- Open the product detail page.
- Review the SKU.
- Review available sizes or variants.
- Check the base price and any additional cost if shown.
- Check product information, product details, mockup guide, and production notes if available.
- Use the correct SKU and variant when creating or importing orders.

When preparing a CSV file, make sure the product SKU and variant values match the product catalog.
