Create a Manual Order

This guide explains the basic steps for creating a manual order on Legit Fulfill.

Step 1: Select the Product to Fulfill

Start by selecting the product you want to fulfill. This can be a t-shirt, hoodie, mug, or any other product available in your store.

Choose the size based on the customer’s order. After selecting the product and size, click Create to continue.

Upload the design file for printing and the mockup image if available. Make sure the design meets quality requirements for the best result.

Enter the customer’s shipping address carefully.

Do not use accents, numbers, or special characters in the customer name.

The Address 1 field must not exceed 35 characters and must not contain parentheses.

For TikTok orders without an address, enter * in the following fields:

Then select United States as the country. This is required.

Legit Fulfill cannot ship to border areas, islands, or military areas.

After entering the address, you will see the option to upload the shipping label. Click Confirm address and Update to complete this step.

For TikTok orders, you must upload the shipping label in PDF format and provide the USPS tracking number. This step is required before continuing.

Choose Ship by TikTok or Legit Fulfill Express (ship by seller) depending on the shipping option you want.

When your account has enough balance, click Submit to send the order to production.

The order will be processed within 5–10 minutes.

After submitting the order, send the order ID to the support team for verification and support. If needed, they will help you top up your account.
