Design Link Requirements
Your design link should:

- Point to the correct artwork file.
- Match the product being ordered.
- Stay active during production.
- Be high quality enough for production.
- Not point to the wrong version of the file.
Mockup Requirements
A mockup should show how the design should appear on the product. It is useful when the final product depends on placement, personalization, or visual layout.
A good mockup should include:
- Correct product type.
- Correct design placement.
- Correct text, name, photo, or personalization.
- Clear preview of the final product.
- No mismatch between mockup and production file.
Steps Before Submitting Design Links
- Open Design / Files: https://seller.legitfulfill.com/en/files
- Check that the design file is correct.
- Open the design link in a private/incognito browser to confirm it is accessible.
- Compare the design file with the mockup.
- Make sure the product SKU and mockup match.
- Add the correct design link to the order or CSV file.
- Submit the order only after checking all details.
Important Note for CSV Import
If your CSV uses design links, make sure every order has the correct design link. Avoid using an old or incorrect link for a new order.
