This guide explains how to import orders from a CSV file.
Step 1: Prepare the CSV File
Before importing, make sure the CSV file is formatted correctly. The file must include all required columns and must not have empty fields.
Check the data for each order to avoid errors during import.
Important Tips
- Make sure all fields such as OrderID, ProductID, ProductName, and other required fields are filled in correctly.
- Check the data again to avoid mistakes or missing information.
Step 2: Upload the CSV File
When the CSV file is ready, go to the Import section and find the CSV upload option.
Import Orders: https://seller.legitfulfill.com/en/orders/import
Drag and drop the file or click to select the file, then upload it to the system.
The orders will be processed automatically.
Step 3: Review and Confirm the Import
After uploading, the system will show a preview of the orders.
Check that all information is correct.
If there is an error or missing data, fix it before continuing.
When everything is correct, confirm the import by clicking Upload Orders.
Step 4: Track Import Status
After importing orders, you can track the status in Import History.
Issues such as missing or incorrect data will be shown so you can edit them before fulfillment.
